Brief introduction：
Anilox roller is the core component of printing and coating machine. It is responsible for transmitting a certain amount of ink or glue evenly to the material.
Structure There are many small concave holes with the same shape on the surface of the anilox roller. Generally we call them "ink-filling holes". It is these ink-filling holes that play the roles of ink storage, uniformity and quantitative ink transmission in printing.
Classification Anilox rollers are classified according to their surface coating or spraying materials. There are mainly two kinds of chrome-plated and ceramic-coated rolls.
Use & Maintenance
● It is strictly forbidden to scrape, touch and bump the anilox rollers.
● Do a good job of cleaning anilox rollers.
● Do not over-pressurize the scraper to increase the wear of the anilox roll and scraper.
Selection
● Selection based on the number of meshes.
● Selection according to pattern structure.
● Selection according to different degree of wear.
