3. The working principle of the centralized glue supply system

The glue supply adopts the method of double pump switching, one is used when the other is ready. The glue supply pump is two pressure plate plunger pumps. The pump lifting bracket is equipped with a limit switch. When the glue is used up, the contact rod touches the limit switch, and the limit switch gives an electrical signal. At this time, the air inlet of this glue pump is closed. At the same time, open the control valve of the air inlet of the ready rubber pump, so as to complete the automatic switching of the rubber pump.

The glue pump pressurizes the glue to the filter device, and the filter device adopts the method of using two filters in parallel, which can meet the online replacement of the filter element. After the glue is filtered, it is transported to each gun station along the glue supply pipeline. The gun station is equipped with a high-pressure filter and a high-pressure regulator. The outlet pressure suitable for the process can be obtained by adjusting the pressure of the regulator.

(1) Debugging of the pump module

First-time use procedure:

1. Confirm that the installation of each system has been completed, and the process procedures such as leak detection, pressure maintenance, and cleaning have been passed.

2. Whether the filter is installed with a filter element with appropriate mesh; whether the plunger pump oil cup is filled with throat sealing fluid.

3. Check and confirm that the discharge valve of the system and the air ball valve of the pump are all closed, each air pressure regulator is adjusted to the zero position, and the branch pipe ball valve of each gun station is closed.

4. Open the drain valve at the end of the primary line.

5. When the glue is ready, open the air inlet ball valve of one of the primary pumps, and slowly adjust the air pressure regulator to make the pump move slowly. At this time, the glue is pumped out by the pump. Observe the discharge valve at the end of the primary pipeline, and close it after the air is exhausted. ball valve.

6. Open the ball valve of each gun station in turn, observe the outlet, and close the ball valve after the air is exhausted.

7. In the initial stage of system use, there may be air bubbles in the glue. It is necessary to discharge the glue from the gun station, and close the ball valve after the air bubbles are exhausted.
